Belgian coffee with "Chimay Blue"What you need :
Replace the Irish whiskey with Chimay Blue.
Use a graduated glass of Irish Coffee.
Heat the Trappist beer, without boiling, add according to taste one heaped tablespoon of brown sugar and a hint of cinnamon.
Pour the mixture into hot, strong coffee using the measures on the glass and even slightly increase the amount of Chimay.
Carefully add the single cream letting it run along a spoon.
Never use soluble (instant) coffee.
