What you need:

  • 800 gr Châteaubriand
  • honey
  • brown fond
  • cream
  • potatoes
  • mushrooms
  • tomatoes
  • herbs
  • water cress

Preparation:Duvel beer

Fry the steak “rare”. Cut very thin slices of potatoes and fry them in olive oil with thyme. 

Sauce:
  1. Brown fond + Duvel+ cream + honey
  2. Fry the mushrooms
  3. Tomatoes: put honey and fine herbs on them and heat up.
