Availability

If your products are in stock, we will try to get your packet out of the door within 2 business days. Some of our products are hard to get, even in Belgium. So it can take some more time to get your packet out of the door. You will be informed when your order has been put in backorder. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order or to change it.

Shipping Time Estimation

When your packet is out of the door, it depends on the destination how long it will take to you. It will take approximately 15 to 20 business  days to end on your doormat.

Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction is very important to us. We try to package your products in the best conditions, but still, something can go wrong. If your products are damaged at arrival, please contact us, so we can make an arrangement.

Giving you the best service is our vision. If a article arrives damaged, we'll replace it free with your next order or we'll refund the amount of the article damaged. For this you'll have to send us as soon as possible some pictures of the damaged order, or a document of the post services or FedEx attesting the delivery of the damaged parcel.

We cannot be held responsible for meteorological or other external factors that can alter the products' quality during shipping.
